I have always been passionate about cooking, food, health, movement, and the environment. Now a Registered Associate Nutritionist, studying Clinical and Public Health Nutrition while sharing journeys in nutrition.
I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the AfN. I have a first-class BSc from the University of Leeds in Food Science and Nutrition and am just finishing my MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at UCL. I have worked with several Registered Nutritionists and Dietitians.
I enjoy creating, and sharing recipes as part of Nutrition Nourishment, and had the privilege of working besides world-class Chefs in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
I am dedicated to supporting individuals; working together to build a healthy relationship with both food, and body. I am passionate about overcoming "diet mentality", working against restrictive diets, to find a balanced lifestyle - one that works and is sustainable for you, culturally, socially, economically. I run my practice by a policy of no judgment and am here to support you on your journey.

I offer personalised virtual consultations, to work together on your journey, including an initial 15-minute free call. Areas where I specialise in include, intuitive eating, and relationship with our food, body, and lifestyle; plant-based nutrition, supporting a balanced dietary pattern rich in plant-foods and reduced animal foods and products - I firmly practice that it is your choice the extent to which this pattern is sustainable for you, and aiding a healthy gut. With 5 years of higher education and work experience behind me, this list is by no means exhausative.
Collaborations, Events & Seminars.
I have experience creating a successful nutrition event, the NutriChats, established my podcast, "The Nutrition Nourishment Podcast" and Instagram @nutritionnourishment. I have collaborated with brands, such as EcoRefill and Ryvita on their 30in30 challenge, and worked with Dietitians including Hala El-Shafie, and Sian Shepherd. I have experience tutoring and presenting to large audiences, and am available for in-house or virtual nutrition presentations, collaborations, events & more! Blog Writing & Recipe Development.
I provide well-research, engaging nutrition blogs. As with the way I practice, I write in a non-judgemental, inclusive, and evidence-based manner. I have written several articles on a wide range of topics including on gut health, myth-busting & dietary pattern themes for Registered Nutritionists and Dietitians including Rhiannon Lambert, Sophie Bertrand, Ro Huntriss, and Claire Petitte. Working as a Chef in a 2-starred Michelin kitchen, and having recipe experience in Nutrition Nourishment, I hold cooking and recipe development skills.
