Creating a non-judgmental, and safe environment, Emilia provides you with high-quality nutrition advice to help nourish your body, happiness, and well-being. Emilia is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). Her practice is evidence-based, guided by science, and backed by 6 years of nutrition higher education, and industry experience.
She holds an MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London and a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Leeds. Emilia has a variety of experiences in the food and nutrition industry including as a Commis Chef in the two-starred Michelin kitchen of Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, as a Dietetic Assistant in the NHS, as a Nutrition show host on River Radio, and as a private Nutritionist at Nutrition Nourishment as well as collaborating with several brands, Registered Nutritionists and Dietitians.
