I am dedicated to providing nutrition and dietary advice to support you with your health, and building a healthy relationship with both food, and body. I am passionate about working against restrictive diets, to find a balanced lifestyle - one that works and is sustainable for you, culturally, socially, and economically.
I can support you in becoming more in tune with your body's hunger and satiety cues as well as learning how to listen to and nourish them. We can work together on mindful eating, and how to eat food for pleasure while rejecting diet mentality and feelings of guilt around food.

I can help you build nutrition skills and knowledge in order to understand how food affects your daily life. I create a non-judgmental, and safe environment to provide you with high-quality nutrition advice to help nourish your body, happiness, and well-being. Instead of "quick fixes", and "overnight success", I can help you implement new skills to provide lasting positive changes.
I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). My practice is evidence-based, guided by science, and backed by 5 years of nutrition higher education, and industry experience.
I hold a Distinction in MSc Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London and a first-class BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Leeds. I have a variety of experiences in the food and nutrition industry including as a Commis Chef in the two-starred Michelin kitchen of Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, as a Dietetic Assistant in the NHS, as a Nutrition show host on River Radio, and as a private Nutritionist at Nutrition Nourishment as well as collaborating with several brands, Registered Nutritionists and Dietitians.
