Hello Lovelies, thank you for visiting Nutrition Nourishment!

My name is Emilia, and I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the AfN, aligned with Intuitive Eating and promoting Body Positivity. I am passionate about Food, and Nutrition and helping support others with a non-restrictive and sustainable approach. My approach is to share evidence-based nutrition to support and empower you in making informed choices about the food you enjoy, and discovering what works for you through getting in touch with your hunger and satiety signals.

 

I graduated in Food Science and Nutrition Student (Int) BSc (Hons) from the University of Leeds in July 2020, with a First Class Degree and am currently continuing my nutrition journey studying an MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at UCL. I have experience interning at Nutrition Rocks and BeGoodToYourGut.co.uk, blog writing for Rhiannon Lambert and Ro Huntriss, and working as a part-time Commis Chef at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.

    These are one of our favourite stuffing ball recipes! This recipe is adapted and inspired from a recipe we found in Australia a few years ago.

    This is our favourite family homemade mince pies, being made since 1995, recipe was handed on from a lovely lady, Jane Barter.
